Minimalism is a rare entity of design or style in which the simplest elements are used to create the maximum effect. The intriguing part of minimalism isn’t it’s simplified existence, but the intricate detailing that distinguishes it as such a minimal piece.
Ivania Carpio is a posh enthusiast of minimalistic opinions, curations, and DIY projects. From sleek manicure concepts to clear clutches and laser-cut clothing pieces, there’s a niche ‘how-to’ for every minimalist.
Her blog, titled love-aesthetics, hosts step-by-step processes for completing projects, suggested designers with a minimal aesthetic, profile shots, and an all-around guide to essential living.
Viewing her style, it’s sort of a rebel-like improv of what one may be accustomed to. For example, it’s common to push the idea of pairing an essential with a statement piece. Browsing Carpio’s visual directory of outfits, she mixes essentials with essentials and they’re all making a statement. Not to mention, her knack for DIY leaves you second guessing your throw-out scraps and unworn rack of clothes.
If I had to state what I appreciate most of Ivania, it would be her undeniable taste in clean aesthetics and cohesive merge of minimal DIY.
