Vibrant, funky and clean, three adjectives easily tagged to Mus by Mali Ro. Brooklyn native, Mali Romeo, showcased her collection in 2009 at a local fashion show, gaining notoriety as a designer. Proclaiming “the new wave of contemporary womenswear,” Mus by Mali Ro use of eccentric color combinations puts a new spin on the 60′s color blocking. Catering to a consumer who believes in practicality and the wearable factor, Mus creates wearable and comfortable skirts, dresses and tops.

As a designer, Romeo knows how the modern woman wants to look and what appeal she wants to give. Her concepts are very conscious of what’s going on in the present day industry and I look forward to seeing what’s next. Here are a few shots from her summer 2011 campaign.
